Farriers Formula Feeding Schedule

Farriers Formula should be fed as a daily feed supplement. Because Farrier's Formula contains all the nutrients required to provide good equine health. to insure against a condition of over nutrition it is recommended that only oats and hay be fed with farrier's Formula

It is recommended that the horse receive a higher amount of Farrier's Formula in the beginning. Called a loading or replenishment level this higher level of nutrion will aid the horse in healing and regeneration of damaged hoof structure. It is still recommended that the horse without visible hoof problems be feed this higher level as it takes a the horse 6 to 8 months to become stabilized and efficient in the use of the new nutrients.

DAILY FEEDING LEVEL: Top dress or mix with regular feed.

The feed cup provided with the product is calibrated for approximately 6 oz.  (170 gm) by weight of product  

Weanling to adults

Use above dosage based on expected adult weight.

Foals

1/4 Enclosed feed cup  ( 1.5 oz or 43 gm.) per day.
