Magic Cushion Hoof Packing is a new generation of analgesic soft hoof packing material.

Magic Cushion has anti inflammatory properties. It can be packed into the feet of equines suffering from sore or bruised soles. The anti inflammatory action quickly reduces the pain associated with these conditions. A Thermal study of feet suffering from these conditions showed a marked decrease in the hoof temperatures and a reduction of the inflammatory process of these equines within the first 48 hours.

Magic Cushion can be routinely packed into horses feet as a preventative measure if they have been jumped or ridden on hard ground.

Magic Cushion is medicated to assist in the prevention of thrush and soft soles usually associated with hoof packing materials. This medication stays within the packing material during the length of a normal shoeing cycle producing a fresh smelling, dry, clean foot upon removal.

Magic Cushion has a stabiliser mixed with it to keep the packing in place under a pad and prevent loss from under a pad during the shoeing period. We advise that disposable gloves are worn whilst using this product.

Magic Cushion is an inexpensive, simple product to use and is convienteley packed in 1kg screw top containers that is both easy to use and reseal.

Additional stability can be obtained, when Magic Cushion is used under pads, by the inclusion of a small amount of plumbers hemp. For the best results, take a small amount of plumbers hemp and place it over the top of a foot packed with Magic Cushion, prior to placing the pad/shoe combination onto the foot.
