Mike Williams Dip.WCF   Approved Training Farrier

Farriery History.  Mike formally commenced his apprenticeship with elder brother John Williams RSS, at Whissendine Forge, Rutland,  England in 1979.  Has been fortunate enough to have worked along-side many great mentors both vets and farriers.  He is now currently involved with the training of apprentices and farriery research.

Co founded The Farriery Practice with David and Mark,  Likes to work with a wide a variety of quiet animals, Present practice includes a donkey sanctuary,  riding schools, pleasure and competition horses.  Mike is the webmaster for this site.

Mike has two son's, Louis James and Rhys Owen Williams.

Farriery Heroes. Dave Ducket,  Billy Crothers,   David Smith,  Gene Ovincek and all farriers who are all unsung heroes .

Likes Technology + Steam

Dislikes The lack of professional respect shown to many Farriers.
